Catalyst Injury Management

Ian joined our services as a volunteer Job Seeker. He had not been working for many years and was unsure of his direction. After undertaking a Functional Capacity Assessment where his abilities to work were established, Ian decided that the type of work that he would be suited to was as a Traffic Controller.

With the assistance of CIM Employment Services, Ian completed both his level one and level Two Traffic Controllers’ ticket. Ian has commenced work as a Traffic Controller. Ian has been working as a Traffic Controller for nearly 6 months and has recently been allocated a ute to assist him in his job. CIM Employment Services has continued to support Ian throughout his employment and Ian is extremely happy with the individual service provided to him through the Employment Service.

Catalyst Injury Management I recently completed my initial 26 weeks of Employment as a Delivery Driver. Without the fantastic support and assistance throughout my time with Catalyst, I would not be employed today. Before joining with Catalyst I had a lot of doubts to the lack of support and assistance I had received an previous Employment Service Providers and due to Catalyst's support I can now see that there is light at the end of the tunnel and all things that start out negative can turn around and become positive.

Catalyst provided me with Job Searching Support and assistance and I also received a back brace which provides me with a high level of physical support each day at work.

By Catalyst supporting me in obtaining employment, I have been able to make additional positive changes in my life such as losing half of my body weight by joining a local gym and this has resulted in me regaining my confidence to go out and live my life.

I would not be where I am today if it wasn't for the support provided by the Catalyst staff.
